Hours: Part Time 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Job Type: Temporary

A Client of Mixed Staffing is currently seeking a reliable Production/Assembly worker to work in Wayland, MI .

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
Sort material according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
Check in merchandise and affix labels.
Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution.
Record amounts of materials or items received.
Move materials off racks and re-package for shipment.
Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute for shipping/processing.
Fulfill daily customer orders.
Fill work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other Samples/stock items.
Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
Some additional responsibilities may include:
Ensure machinery is serviced and functional.
Perform facilities maintenance.
Compile inventory balances.
Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse

Education:
High School Degree or Equivalent preferred

Experience:
None Needed

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and be willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy our clients.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
